Ordering

Shipment solution: We provide worldwide shipping solution, please see these options at faq.electrodragon.com page, or see the dynamic shipping cost and deliver time in the cart page.

  • Battery items (product title marked with * ) can not be sent by DHL/UPS/Fedex, please notice the conflict. Otherwise all the extra communication delay will be your own problems.

For custom declaration, if you want to avoid any words or declare lower, simply add note when you place an order.

Shipment

We ship directly from Shenzhen in China.

Handling

We normally need 1-2 days for handling parcel, 80% parcel will be sent in one day, few parcel will be sent in two days. This time is NOT included in the delivery time.

Stock

All the items we have published in our online store has enough stock, if we don’t have enough stock for shipment we will email to inform you.

Parcel Tracking

Please track your parcel from time to time to ensure it is moving in a right route, please contact us by email if there are any problems. And we will not capable to responsible for any problems after two months.

Tracking info will NOT show up immediately after the parcel is sent. Especially for normal post, the shipping service will need time to arrange delivery route and input information into their post network, the tracking info won’t be available about 2-5 workdays when the service provider is still doing these operation, but you should see tracking info online no more 10 days.

When youare able to track the parcel from your domestic post office (for shipping service:Hongkong post, Belgium post, German post these post services), but the parcel is not yet deliver to your place, there are some reasons:

  • Normal post will be kept at post office if you are not available for the attempt delivery.
  • Parcel has a certain tax needed to be paid, the local custom office is not yet contact you or failed to reach you, you can also contact them to speed up the process.
  • The custom office is over workload, so custom clearance is on a delay. This only will happen in very busy days (Christmas.)

Technical Support

  • We provide limited technical support, available documents can be found on our wiki page.
  • Some items will require your skills, like soldering, please be aware of this before you decide to buy.
  • We do not help on any of your specific projects, only can help regarding our products.

Defective and Return

  • We only provide refund for quality problems, defective items (nearly none). Normally all the products arrive your hands are well tested of quality.
  • Return cost is very high and will be charged on your side if this is not a quality problem, so please make solid decision for your orders.

Bank Transfer Please only concern to use bank transfer when you have really high value of order, otherwise this option will generate a very high bank processing cost too.

If you would like to go for this option, please place a pending order without making payment, and email us to request bank transfer details.

We strives to provide accurate descriptions and high quality merchandise. If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible! We will do everything in our power to make it right. Any reports of problems with an order shipped more than 30 days ago cannot be serviced.t.

Refund Policy

You may return products sold by Electrodragon.com for a full refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:

  • You must notify ElectroDragon.com prior to requesting a refund.
  • Your refund request must be received within 15 days of your receipt of the product.
  • All refunds will be processed through PayPal.
  • Any return postage incurred is your responsibility.

Shipping Options

We are aiming to provide worldwide, cost-effective and express shipping service, now our shipping service is a combination of worldwide posting, express shipping and optimized posting service.

  • Worldwide Hongkong Post: We deliver parcel worldwidely by Hongkong post as a general service, which is a very stable, cheap and reliable shipping solution.
  • Express Shipping by DHL, Fedex, UPS: For your order needs in a urgent, we can send parcel with worldwide expressing shipping service, normally take 2-7 workdays, or 2-4 days fastest. Shipping Cost will be higher than normal.
  • Optimized Posting: This is our optimized shipping solution, parcels will be handled by specific shipping service provider, either express shipping, or posting.
    • For example Toll for Asian countries, with a competitive price and express delivery time.
    • Or daily airplane shipping directly to exchange shipping service provide like Bpost, royal post and delivery further by them as a local service.

Once we finalized processing your order, the relevant shipping and tracking info related to your shipping option will be sent to you by email.

Shipping Cost

Our shipping cost calculated dynamically based on three parts, please use the “calculate shipping” tool in cart page to check.

Shipping cost depends on three parts:

  • Destination country, this depends on your address, you can also enter in cart page.
  • Package weight, this will be calculated by our online system.
  • Basic shipping cost of different shipping option, we have a wide range of different shipping option, shipping cost also different based on the shipping option.

Note: If you can’t find a preferred shipping solution for your destination, please contact us and we will arrange that.

Proforma Invoice

Please place an pending order online first and email us, we will send you the proforma invoice later.

  1. You can place the order manually via our online store system with all your order details.
  2. When you click “place the order” on checkout page, and redirected to the paypal page.
  3. Simply click “cancel the order” on paypal page
  4. The pending order will remain in our system and we will email you the proforma invoice.

Quotation

When the product item has a buck order price, you will be able to see it the product description tab called “Buck order price” or “wholesale”.

If you can not find it, please use the product inquiry form to send us a quotation email, we will add the buck order price on the product.

All the buck order still has to be placed online, this really help us to save a lot of manual work.

Custom Duty

Please note we will NOT responsible for the custom duty VAT Tax.

  • The custom duty is charged by the custom office of each country, not by us and not included in the order value.
  • It is different for each country and hard to calculate, and we can not predict it.

We normally declare 100% including shipping cost for our package, but if you need to make any change of the order value please add the order note in your order when you checkout. For example

  • “declare 50% off”, “declare 30% of orignal value”
  • GPS, GSM words maybe charged extra, if you worry about this, please add note to ask us to remove these sensitive words.
