Defective and Return
- Normally all the products arrive your hands are well tested of quality.
- We provide refund or resend when quality issues confirmed.
- Return cost is very high and will be charged on your side if this is not a quality problem, so please make solid decision for your orders.
- You may return products sold by Electrodragon.com for a full refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:
- You must notify ElectroDragon.com prior to requesting a refund. Please contact us by email
- Your refund request must be received within 15 days of your receipt of the product.
- All refunds will be processed through PayPal.
- Any return postage incurred is your responsibility.
Warranty and Privacy
- We strives to provide accurate descriptions and high quality merchandise. If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible!
- We will do everything in our power to make it right. Any reports of problems with an order shipped more than 60 days ago cannot be serviced.t.

- Please only concern to use bank transfer when you have really high value of order, otherwise this option will generate a very high bank processing cost too.
- If you would like to go for this option, please place a pending order without making payment, and email us to request bank transfer details.
- When the product item has a buck order price, you will be able to see it the product description tab called “Buck order price” or “wholesale”.
- If you can not find it, please use the product inquiry form to send us a quotation email, we will add the buck order price on the product.
- All the buck order still has to be placed online, this really help us to save a lot of manual work.
