Description

A new small size OLED, display on 128*64, and two types of interface IIC and SPI (on two different boards).

Features:

  • Drive IC is SH1106 (address 0x02)
  • Best supported arduino library is U8G2, search in arduino library online directly.
  • SSD1306 is more expensive but same performance, will be discontinued.
  • Display area: 29.42 x 14.7 mm
  • Wide input voltage: 3.3V-5V
  • Wide display agnle 160 degree.
  • Super low power consumption only 0.06W on regular display, not TFT display can compare.
  • Industrial level temperature: -40~70 degree.
  • Application: design for size, quality and power consumption oriented products: smart watch, portable industrial, medical devices, special headset, player, etc

    I’ve got the IIC version hooked up to an arduino nano and it’s working great. Still learning how to code for displaying images but text display all works great, along with drawing simple shapes and lines. Note that this SH1106 chips is NOT compatible with certain SSD1306 Libraries. I am using a modified library for this display by Wonho-maker found here: https://github.com/wonho-maker/Adafruit_SH1106

    Hi, don’t use SSD1306 library anymore, please find SH1106 library, for example – https://github.com/olikraus/u8glib
    or https://github.com/davidperrenoud/Adafruit_SH1106
    Please try again, it is made by qualified manufacturer, just control IC is SH1106 not SSD1306 anymore. Thanks.
