A7670 LTE CAT-1 GSM Mini Module

Description

• The A7670 series is the LTE Cat 1 module which supportswireless communication modes of LTE-TDD/LTE-FDD/GSM/GPRS/EDGE.
• It supports maximum 10Mbps downlinkrate and 5Mbps uplink rate.

Board Features:

• On board USB port for power supply and data communication, driver free on windows 10
• On board DC-DC converter, support up to 18Vin, provide up to 2A power supply.
• On board logic shifter of the serial interface for 5V or 3.3V system.
• On board nano sim card slot (smallest)
• On board netlight and power led, reset button
• Default IPEX UFL antenna connector, also can be replaced to SMA.
• Board size 32.5 x 34 mm.

Pin Definitions:

• Reset, GND, Power_enable, RXD, TXD, RI, DTR, 3V3, VIN, 5V
• ADC, IO3, IO2, IO1
• Device automatically turn on when power is supplied, to turn off the module, set power_enable to off
