PAM8403 Audio Player Board Design Review
We have a pretty nice audio amplifier board in our store, based on the PAM8403 ICs, it can provide 85% efficiency, 2*3W, D class audio amplification. For the board itself, the size is quite compact, only 1.82*2.15CM. To use it, you only need to connect audio signal, power for it, and two speakers for stereo audio output.
The board design is a little bit tricky, you can see from the image below, lines to speaker should not influence with the lines of PVDD and PGND, otherwise will generate noises. VDD and PVDD should also separated for avoiding noises. Take one of this module and see the real product you could easy understand this.
