RC WIFI Rover Motor Board V2, DRV8871

Description

Based on ESP8266 nodemcu board this one. Please buy this alone.

Enhanced the motor driving capbility by motor chips DRV8871 (3.6A continuous, 6A peak — suitable for medium-to-high torque gear motors)

This is the V2 Version of the old board V1 here.

V2 Features:

• Backside DCDC step-down regulator MP1584 embedded on the back to provide on board power system 5V
• 2x High torque motor drive chip DRV8871
• Enlarged power trace for maximium current delivery. Get extra heatsink this one here.
• More V1 Features please see the old version.
• On board reserved power supply capacitor footprint.

V2 Note: The chip does not have enable pin and using logic inverter to save used pins.

Please hold your rover on the air for a second while powering up, otherwise it may spin motor to rush. Or find other better ways by yourself.
